When your brand name means “inner light” you have a high bar to reach. Innour encompasses everything I look for in a brand and product. It is honest, efficient and backed by science. More than this, it is holistic. Our focus isn’t just on your outer beauty but on your overall health, and our ingredients and approach are true to this. Innour is the embodiment of my personal values, both as a mother and a doctor.
As a mother, I’m short on time and big on results. I make careful choices and deliberate decisions. As a doctor, my approach is similar. I am motivated by scientific innovation, a search for the highest standard, and an aim to help people achieve results. And years of practise have taught me that there’s no cutting corners – real results require time, research and commitment. Innour is real, researched and results-focused.

Not all collagen supplements are created equal
We spent years researching and formulating a premium doctor-developed marine collagen solution. The efficacy of our collagen comes down to two key things: preparation and dosage. Our marine collagen is hydrolysed, meaning we have broken down the protein molecules into smaller particles known as amino acids. This low molecular size enhances absorption and therefore increases the bioavailability of our collagen in your bloodstream, providing more visible results. Our collagen is premium and our dosage is clinical-grade, meaning it’s more efficient. All life is important to us, which is why we source our collagen from responsibly farmed fish. This way we can ensure that no natural ecosystems are harmed or disrupted in our production process.
What does the research say?
In our world, results are worth nothing if they’re not backed by science. A research trial was conducted on our collagen and here’s what was found:
A double-blind, randomised, placebo-controlled clinical study was conducted on a group of mature-aged women over the course of 8-12 weeks. The study investigated the impacts of daily supplementation of 5g and 10g of Innour’s marine collagen. According to results from the study, 5g of Innour’s marine collagen taken daily for 8 weeks benefited skin firmness and reduced the appearance of wrinkles. Similarly, 10g of Innour’s marine collagen taken daily for 12 weeks significantly improved skin moisture, elasticity and wrinkles. From day one to the end of week 12, subjects’ average skin hydration levels increased by 22.8%, skin elasticity improved by 23.7% on average, and wrinkles were reduced by 9.37%.
