How to use

Combine one scoop of Natural Marine Collagen with your food or drink (250-500mL) of choice. Stir to combine. Some freeze-dried fruit may not fully mix, this is normal. Consume 1-2 scoops per day for optimal results.

What is marine collagen made from?

Marine Collagen is a collagen peptide supplement derived from fish skin. Marine collagen is an effective way to supplement the collagen your body loses during ageing. It also works to stimulate your body’s own natural collagen production, promoting healthy hair and nails, strong joints and keeping your cheekbones plumper for longer.

How many servings should I consume daily?

For best results, we recommend consuming 10 grams of our natural marine collagen per day. That’s ONE sachet/scoop TWICE a day or TWO sachets/scoops ONCE a day. If you’re new to collagen we recommend starting with just one serve daily (5g). You may gradually build up to two servings (10 g) per day over 8-12 weeks, depending on your desired routine.

Can I consume marine collagen while pregnant or breastfeeding?
